Let's start with an honest question. How grateful would you consider yourself to be?

1 being like once in forever to 10 which is at least once a day. I like to consider myself a 7 or an 8. I try to find my blessings in the smallest of things and usually when I meditate it all comes up and I feel grateful beyond.

Q: Why do I need to feel grateful all the time?

Eden's answer: To make a long answer short, I believe that what you constantly have in your thoughts is what you attract. For example, if you are a health freak, you'll have a healthy diet, or if you are a fitness addict, you'll be fit and strong. So too, if you are constantly grateful and count your blessings, you'll be blessed beyond your imagination.

I feel that in today's day and age, our lives are so full of business, finance, politics and so forth that we forget to take the time for ourselves and really appreciate what we have in our lives. Most often than not, if you feel incomplete or unsatisfied with your life, it's because you are probably thinking of what you lack, how stressed you are, what you didn't do or what you did. All these thoughts are actual roadblocks to your blessings. We fill our life with worry and stress that there is no room for blessings and growth to enter. By taking a step back to count your blessings you are getting rid of negativity and simultaneously making room for more blessings. You don't need to be a meditation expert. All you need is a pen and paper to write down all your blessings that your'e grateful for. Take these ideas and turn them into your daily mantras.
